Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our store. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering top-notch service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to meet customer needs
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the till system
- Maintain a tidy and organised sales floor
- Sort out deliveries and ordering stock
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person with courtesy and efficiency
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Proven ability to upsell products and meet sales targets
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Good etiquette when interacting with customers
Evening & Weekend shifts required. 16 to 24 hours per week
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £12.71 per hour
