The Salvation Army provides support and emergency accommodation for homeless adults within the South Lanarkshire area. We are looking to recruit a highly motivated Concierge to join our team in Eva Burrows 1st Stop Lifehouse comprising of 32 beds for emergency homeless accommodation for single males, females, couples and families with children.
Key Responsibilities:

Front of house duties including ensuring clients are signed in and out of service

Managing queries, phone calls and visitors to service.

Record messages and update logs

Manage enquiries relating to available accommodation and facilitating access to emergency accommodation if required
The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate:
knowledge of Health and Safety and experience in cleaning and domestic work. Also may be required to work in a lone capacity.
Please note that you may be required to pay either for either a new PVG membership application, if you are already a member of the scheme. All new employees have to register with SSSC within 6 months of appointment and are responsible for the fee.
