Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Project Coordinator to join our team and support delivery of our food safety and quality inspection projects. Reporting to our Operations Manager, you will play a key role in the implementation of inspection projects carried out on behalf of multiple national food retailers and hospitality groups, acting as the primary liaison between clients and our national field team.
The Role
- Be familiar with all clients, projects and personnel in sufficient detail to be able to act as the first point of contact on client queries, both internal and external.
- Inbox management for client specific email addresses.
- Manage most client and team queries independently through to completion, accessing input from colleagues and clients as necessary.
- Process inspection data, conducting technical review of food safety audits prior to publication to the client.
- Give regular feedback on data to our field team to foster an environment of continuous improvement.
- Attend client meetings with our Operations Manager in order to stay completely up to date with client needs and requests.
- Maintain a log of client projects and ongoing queries to keep the team informed and manage those queries through to completion.
- Work with our field team to manage field based equipment.
- To help Audit Point deliver an excellent and technically robust inspection service to our clients.
We are looking for the following skills:
- Great organisation, the ability to effectively manage different projects and prioritise sensibly.
- Experience in food, hospitality and food safety are desirable.
- Good IT skills are essential, this role is desk based, requiring the ability to work with data, web based platforms, and Office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to clearly and professionally express yourself to both our own team and clients.
This is a permanent and full time position, based at our HQ in Wadebridge. It will require periodic travel to meet clients and/or colleagues.
