SALARY:
Annual: £41,500
SHIFTS: 37.5 hours per week. 5 x 7.5 -hour shifts (Mon-Fri) shift 08:30 until 17:00.
LOCATION: Office based in Paisley. (PA1)
ROLE: At Resolvecall, we deliver customer engagement and resolution services through a nationwide field operation. Field Operations Team plays a central role in ensuring our field teams perform effectively, operate compliantly, and deliver consistent outcomes for our clients. As a Field Operations Manager you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day performance, quality, and compliance of our field operation through the management of Performance Team Leaders, Audit & Training Officers, and support functions. You will ensure that operational processes are executed consistently, control frameworks are effective, and performance standards are achieved across all areas.
The role requires strong leadership, structured oversight, and the ability to identify and implement improvements across a complex, fast-paced operation. You will act as the key link between frontline delivery and senior leadership, ensuring clear accountability, effective communication, and alignment with business objectives.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS?
Success in this role requires strong operational leadership capability, with the ability to manage managers, drive performance, and maintain effective control frameworks within a regulated environment.
- Proven experience managing multiple teams or managers within an operational environment
- Strong experience in performance management and delivering measurable improvements
- Experience working within a regulated or compliance-driven environment
- Ability to implement and oversee governance and control frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to analyse performance data and drive continuous improvement
