Competitive Pay – Because Your Work Matters
- £13.45 per hour for contracted hours (Real Living Wage)
- £15.75 per hour for all hours worked beyond contracted hours
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will:
- Empower individuals to live fulfilled, meaningful lives through structured daily activities and community engagement
- Promote independence by supporting daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and shopping
- Encourage and support individuals to maintain high standards of personal care and wellbeing
- Provide emotional support and promote positive mental health and wellbeing
- Build trusting relationships that help individuals achieve their personal goals and aspirations

We’re Looking for People Who:

✅ Have experience supporting people with mental health needs and/or learning disabilities (desirable)
✅ Hold, or are working towards, a Level 2, 3, or 4 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (preferred but not essential)
