Job description
Fix Auto Walsall is a busy insurance-approved accident repair centre seeking a reliable and professional Driver to support our workshop operations through vehicle collections, deliveries, and site vehicle movements.
This is an important customer-facing role where care, organisation, and professionalism are essential.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and deliver customer vehicles safely and on time
- Complete vehicle handovers and condition checks
- Take vehicle photos at collection and delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of courtesy vehicles
- Move vehicles around site and between locations
- Support workshop and front-of-house teams with driving duties
- Provide excellent customer service during collections/deliveries
Requirements
- Full UK clean driving licence (essential)
- Confident driving manual and automatic vehicles
- Professional and courteous manner
- Reliable, punctual, and organised
- Able to use smartphone/tablets for photos/forms
Desirable
- Previous driver or automotive experience
- Bodyshop, dealership, or fleet experience
- Familiar with vehicle condition reporting
Hours
Full-time, Monday–Friday from 08:00 to 17:00
