The Role:
You will be Joining our team at our store at Chelmsford. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, motivated manager to join a highly effective, growing, fast-moving business and to take responsibility for a store as if it was their own, driving sales, delivering exceptional standards, motivating a team.
Experience:
Can calmly work under pressure and to successfully manage and control standards, systems and processes to a great standard.
Experience in team management and development.
Demonstrate being able to work to deadlines, and grow a business.
Delivering Sales Targets.
Have a hands-on, can do approach and mentality.
An interest or knowledge of cycling and bike maintenance would also be advantageous, although not essential.
This role may also suit an strong assistant manager looking to take that next step.
Training:
We are committed to on-going training to ensure that you can be the best you can be and pride ourselves on the continuation of the development of each of our team members.
We are a seven day a week business. If successful, you will need to be able to work weekends and bank holidays.
