Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing visual and digital content, assisting with marketing campaigns, and maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Assist in the design of product brochures, catalogues, and promotional materials
- Support digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media content Maintain and update website content (product listings, banners, images)
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Help organise trade shows, events, and promotional activities
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing outputs
- Assist with photography and image editing of LED products Support the marketing team with administrative tasks as required
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (essential)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, social media, email campaigns)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Creative mindset with good design awareness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous marketing or design experience is desirable

Salary:
Candidates aged 18–20 will be paid £11.00 per hour. Candidates aged 21 and over will be paid £13.00 per hour.
For candidates with additional relevant marketing experience, the hourly rate may be reviewed and increased to reflect their skills and experience.
