Responsibilities
- Support dental practitioners during patient treatments by preparing instruments and materials
- Assist with patient care, ensuring comfort and providing clear communication throughout their visit
- Maintain high standards of infection control and sterilization of dental equipment
- Organize and manage patient records using IT systems efficiently and accurately
- Help with administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling and patient correspondence
- Communicate effectively with patients to answer questions and provide reassurance
- Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff
Experience
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Basic understanding of nursing principles or healthcare environments is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided
- Familiarity with SOE & IT systems is advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- A caring attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding patient care
- Willingness to learn new skills and develop professionally in a fast-paced environment
