Job Summary
RegarderMail Digital Communications & Business Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Communications Manager to lead digital communications, content strategy, customer engagement, and multichannel campaigns.
The successful candidate will develop effective communications across email, web, social media, and digital platforms while strengthening brand visibility, audience engagement, and customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Develop and deliver digital communications strategies and campaigns
- Manage email, website, social media, and customer communication channels
- Lead content planning, messaging, editorial calendars, and campaign delivery
- Develop customer engagement and lifecycle communication programmes
- Coordinate with marketing, creative, technology, sales, and customer teams
- Manage newsletters, digital content, promotional campaigns, and service communications
- Monitor engagement, campaign performance, audience behaviour, and communication KPIs
- Maintain consistent brand messaging and communication standards
- Manage agencies, technology platforms, suppliers, and external partners
- Support and develop communications and content team members
Requirements
- Experience in digital communications, marketing, content, customer engagement, or a related area
- Experience managing communications, campaigns, projects, or digital channels
- Strong writing, editing, communication, and organisational skills
- Good understanding of email, websites, social media, and digital content
- Familiarity with CRM, CMS, analytics, email marketing, or automation platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships
- Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Relevant qualification or equivalent professional experience is preferred
