As our business continues to grow, we're looking for ambitious, motivated and hardworking Property Sourcers to join our expanding team.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, building relationships and wants to develop a rewarding career within the property industry.
You'll be responsible for finding suitable properties, speaking with landlords and estate agents, arranging viewings and helping secure long-term property agreements for our care provider clients.
No two days are the same, and your earning potential grows with your success.
Responsibilities
- Contact landlords and estate agents by phone and email.
- Build and maintain professional relationships.
- Source suitable properties for supported living providers.
- Arrange and attend property viewings (where required).
- Negotiate with landlords and agents.
- Keep accurate records of all conversations and property opportunities.
- Work towards individual and team sourcing targets.
- Represent LGC Property Services professionally at all times.

Previous experience in property, estate agency, sales, recruitment or customer service is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
