Job Title Gymnastic Coach
Reporting to Chris Boyce (Sports Manager)
Location The Hunslet Club, Hillidge Road, Leeds, LS10 1BP
Hourly Rate £15-17 per hour depending on experience
Role
We are looking for a qualified (minimum Level 1) gymnastic coach to support the growth and development of our gymnastic section.
Management Supervision and Guidance
You will be responsible to Chris Boyce for your daily tasks and duties.
Duties and responsibilities
The successful candidate will be working on a part-time basis for five hours on a Saturday. The coach will provide session plans that will challenge and enhance the young peoples skills.
The main responsibilities of the coach mentor are:
· To grow the gymnastic section
· Deliver quality sessions to the children and young people
· Work with the participants to achieve badges to progress into further groups
· To fill out equipment checks before every session.
We require a coach mentor with the following attributes:
· Experience of delivering gymnastics to children and young people
· A minimum of Level 1 Gymnastic qualification
· Capacity to plan their own sessions
· Experience of inspiring children and young people and retaining participants throughout a programme
· A current Enhanced CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) certificate and First Aid Certificate, or are willing to undertake these courses
