Overview:
Join our sales team with Morgans Decorators / Morgans Doors & Floors department where you will be an integral part of our retail operations, providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our store. You will engage with customers, drive sales, liaise with our suppliers, organise deliveries as well as go out on deliveries.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases in-store
- Maintain stock levels, restock inventory, and place orders as necessary
- Handle incoming telephone inquiries and process sales transactions efficiently
- Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport with customers and drive sales
- Execute administrative tasks related to sales transactions and inventory management
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when interacting with customers
Skills:
- Proficient in time management to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
- Administrative skills for handling sales-related paperwork
- Organizational abilities to maintain a tidy and efficient work environment
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, 8am - 12pm on Saturdays.
Salary:
Salary will be discussed during the interview stage.
