Manorcrest Construction is a growing residential developer delivering quality homes across Lincolnshire. Due to continued expansion and an increasing number of live developments, we are seeking an experienced Joiner to join our construction team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for long-term, stable employment with a respected local housebuilder.
The Role
The successful candidate will carry out all aspects of first and second fix joinery across our residential developments, ensuring homes are finished to the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- First fix joinery including stud walls, roof structures, floor joists and stair installations.
- Second fix joinery including internal doors, skirting boards, architraves and ironmongery.
- Kitchen fitting and finishing works.
- Installation of timber cladding and external joinery elements where required.
- Carrying out snagging and remedial works prior to customer handover.
- Reading and interpreting construction drawings.
- Working closely with Site Managers and other trades.
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety and housekeeping.
- Ensuring work is completed to programme and quality standards.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as a Joiner/Carpenter.
- Experience within residential new-build construction.
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Strong understanding of health and safety requirements.
Desirable Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry and Joinery.
- Experience fitting kitchens and bespoke joinery.
- SSSTS qualification.
- First Aid qualification.
- Multi-trade skills.
