Location: Midlands (field-based)

Salary: Competitive £14.00-£16.00 hourly rate
Essential Requirements (Please Apply Only If You Meet These)
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong willingness to learn and develop within the fire & security industry
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work as part of a team
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Basic experience or knowledge of fire and/or security systems
- ECS or CSCS card
About the Role
We are looking for a Fire & Security Second Engineer to join our growing team across the Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the industry while working alongside experienced engineers.
You will support with the servicing, maintenance, and installation of a variety of systems across both commercial and residential sites.
Systems You Will Work With
- Fire alarm systems
- Intruder alarms
- CCTV systems
- Door access control
- Nurse call systems
Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead engineers with servicing, maintenance, and fault finding
- Support the installation of new systems
- Carry out basic testing and maintenance tasks
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to industry standards
- Deliver excellent customer service on-site
