Essential experience:
· 2+ years as a Conveyancing Fee Earner – solid experience matters the most
· Leasehold and freehold purchases
· Shared ownership transactions
· Help to Buy
Desirable experience:
· Bridging loans
· Knowledge of the Building Safety Act
Key responsibilities:
· Managing a caseload of c.60 files, liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other professionals
· Conducting title checks, raising and responding to enquiries, and preparing reports
· Reviewing draft contract packs and search results (local, environmental, etc.)
· Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents
· Keeping clients, mortgage brokers and estate agents updated in line with our SLA turnaround times
· Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm procedures, and maintaining accurate file records
· Delivering an excellent standard of client care throughout the transaction

· Strong communicator, highly organised with their own time and workload, and detail focused
