Job Description:
A personal assistant is required for a gentleman living in Leeswood, Flintshire.
Four hours per week initially (ideally 2 hrs Wednesday afternoon and 2 hrs Saturday afternoon).
Someone who can drive and who has their own transport is preferred.
Duties to include support with: organising within the home; trips out; attending appointments; recreational activities (swimming, cycling for example); travel when necessary; errands and shopping; light gardening at home and at their nearby allotment.
The job does not involve: personal care; cooking; domestic cleaning.
I am in my early early 60s, autistic, and live independently. Music (playing the guitar, saxophone, and keyboards) and visual art are key interests.
I have postgraduate qualifications in visual art, and plan to start a PhD in this subject area soon.
Pay rate: £15.48/hr paid monthly.
I would prefer a telephone conversation initially, with an in-person meeting as follow-up to discuss the role in more detail.
