Exciting Opportunity to join our team of warehouse staff here in St Helens.
We have an a position available to learn all the aspects of our shotblast side of the business. From paint application to FLT loading and unloading to running the shotblast machine.
FLT licence required.
Tasks include;
Outdoor and sometimes physical work,
Loading and unloading wagons + trailers of steel with FLT's and cranes,
Getting our wagon loads ready.
Learning + using overhead cranes.
Loading + unloading our shotblast machine and daily running tasks as well as to learn industrial spray painting.
Running and becoming a shotblast machine operator.
This role would suit someone wanting to be an all rounder and always busy and looking for things to do. Training will be given but having a FLT license would be a great starting point and a thirst to learn new aspects and rolls and be flexible enough to jump to any task required.
The successful candidate must be able to do overtime from Saturday mornings to starting at 6am some mornings work load dependent.
Pay will be on a scale as how experienced the candidate is and we will teach the skills required for the position.
Combilift training can be given.
Candidate MUST be punctual, happy to work outdoors and happy to get stuck in with a keen eye on quality.
