About the Role
Elshaheen Group UK is seeking a strategic and experienced Operations Director to oversee organizational operations, improve efficiency, and support long-term business growth. The successful candidate will provide leadership across teams while ensuring operational objectives, budgets, and performance targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee day-to-day organizational operations.
- Develop and implement operational strategies.
- Establish performance goals and monitor key metrics.
- Manage budgets, resources, and operational costs.
- Lead and develop operational teams.
- Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers and partners.
- Ensure operational policies and procedures are followed.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Significant experience in operations or senior management.
- Strong leadership and strategic-planning skills.
- Excellent financial and resource-management abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Demonstrated success in improving operational performance.
