Pivotal is looking for a motivated and detail‑driven Secure Area Operative to join our friendly and dynamic team in Belfast. What We Offer
Pay & Hours - From January 2027 the pay rate will increase to £14.20
- £13.65 per hour for all hours worked
- 40 hours per week, paid monthly via bank transfer
Working Pattern:
40hrs Sunday 10:00 – 18:30 & Monday -Thursday 12:00 – 20:30
Includes rota-based bank/public holidays and occasional weekend shifts as required.

About the Role
As a Warehouse Operative working within our secure area, you will play an important part in ensuring the safe and efficient handling of cash and coin. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:
- Processing and preparing cash and coin
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Working with drivers to ensure secure container transfers
- Operating machinery within the secure area
- Carrying out basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Using computer systems to complete daily tasks
- Moving coin and cash securely within a warehouse environment
This role is ideal for someone reliable, flexible, and accurate, with a strong focus on teamwork and security.
Essential Criteria
We’re looking for someone who can bring:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
- The physical ability to lift and move heavy containers safely using manual handling techniques
- Basic IT/computer literacy
Security Requirements
As part of working in a secure environment, successful applicants must complete:
- 5-year employment history check (adjusted for recent school leavers)
- Financial credit check
- Access NI Basic Criminal Record Check
