Salary: £42,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Location: Hybrid working between home and County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, Wiltshire BA14 8JN

We're looking for an experienced Tenancy Manager to lead our housing management service and help shape the future of how we support our customers and communities.
This isn't just about managing tenancies.
It's about leading a team, solving challenges, protecting income, supporting customers through difficult situations and creating neighbourhoods where people can thrive.
You'll be at the heart of our housing service, leading across tenancy management, income collection, anti-social behaviour and customer engagement. You'll be the organisation's go to housing expert, supporting colleagues on complex cases, driving good decision making and ensuring we always deliver fair, consistent and customer focused services.
Whether you're resolving a challenging anti-social behaviour case, coaching colleagues to achieve their best or developing new ways to improve our service, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact every single day.

What we're looking for
We're looking for a confident housing professional who combines strong operational knowledge with a passion for people, performance and customer service.
You'll have:
✔ Experience in housing, tenancy or neighbourhood management
✔ Strong knowledge of housing legislation, tenancy enforcement and compliance
✔ Experience managing complex cases, including anti-social behaviour, safeguarding and tenancy breaches
✔ Experience of income management, arrears recovery and legal action
✔ The ability to lead, coach and develop colleagues
✔ Strong communication, negotiation and decision-making skills
✔ Experience using performance data to improve services and outcomes
✔ A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
