OutcomeHome CIC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Psychologist (Part Time) to support our work with individuals experiencing homelessness, addictions, mental health issues and challenging behaviours. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the mental health and wellbeing of a vulnerable population while also being involved in the management and support of a peer mentoring service. The Assistant Psychologist will work alongside a team of Psychologist and Peer Mentors to deliver psychological interventions, social support, and practical assistance for individuals and peer mentors alike. Ongoing data collection, evaluation, and continuous service improvement will be integral parts of this role.
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a 2:1 degree or above in Psychology and is eligible for Graduate Membership of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
- Has experience working independently and managing their own workload.
- Has experience supporting people experiencing homelessness, substance use, mental health difficulties, or other forms of social exclusion.

Please note
- This role is part-time, 22.5 Hours Per week.
- The salary for the role is £27,485-£30,162 pro-rata to 0.6 FTE. Therefore salary is £16,491-£18,097.20.
