Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Site Manager to oversee construction and civil engineering & Fit Out Project projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing schedules, and ensuring projects adhere to safety, quality, and timeline standards. Duties
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring work progresses according to plan and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Utilise Civil 3D for site design, planning, and analysis tasks to support project requirements.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and procurement activities effectively.
- Monitor health and safety compliance on-site, implementing necessary measures to minimise risks.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders clearly and promptly.
- Implement effective time management strategies across teams to optimise productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the civil engineering or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of Civil 3D for site planning and design tasks is highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability in effective time management and team leadership.
- Relevant qualifications in civil engineering or construction management are preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and team members.
- A commitment to health and safety standards on-site is mandatory.
