Warehouse Operative
Location: Kettering
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: 15:30 – 12:00am Monday to Friday
We are currently looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our busy and supportive warehouse team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is comfortable with physical tasks, and prefers an afternoon-to-late-night shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
- Loading and unloading deliveries safely and correctly
- Carrying out quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods
- Assisting with shipping and receiving, checking deliveries against paperwork
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
- Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment (where trained)
- Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to perform physical work, including heavy lifting
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic understanding of warehouse or logistics processes
- Positive attitude and good teamwork skills
- Forklift experience is an advantage
