About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Food Production Operative to join a well-established food production company based in Warwick. The role involves preparing large batches of cake mix and bakery products, following recipes, and operating mixing equipment.
Main Duties:
- Measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipe.
- Pouring and combining ingredients into industrial mixers
- Scraping and cleaning mixing equipment when required
- Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards
- Working as part of a small, friendly production team
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food production, mixing, or manufacturing preferred
- Comfortable with physical work and lifting heavy ingredients
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
