Redlands House is a Registered Care Home in Hellesdon, Norwich specialising in Dementia. We are looking to recruit a Night Care Assistant to compliment our existing experienced team and one day carer.
We currently have a full time Night Care Assistant position available
· 3 x 10 hr shifts week 1 & 4 x 10hr shifts week 2 (average 35hr/week)
· Shift pattern includes working every other weekend
· Shift times 20:45-07:00

Requirements:
· Experience is not essential as we will support you with training and support
· Excellent communication and team working skills
· Enthusiasm and a cheerful disposition are absolutely essential.
· You will also have compassion and have genuine empathy for the residents ensuring we treat everyone with respect and dignity at all times.
