We're looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant to work closely with Clinic Manager, providing trusted day-to-day support while helping ensure the smooth operation of our busy clinic.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on responsibility and wants to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You'll become clinic managers right hand—anticipating needs, solving problems and helping the clinic operate to the highest standard.
Previous experience as a PA is not essential. We're looking for intelligence, initiative, professionalism and the right attitude. If you're highly organised, eager to learn and enjoy making things happen, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
The Role
Working directly with the clinic manager, you'll provide a combination of executive support and clinic coordination, including:
- Managing their day-to-day priorities and providing administrative support.
- Acting as a key point of contact within the clinic.
- Welcoming and looking after patients, ensuring an exceptional experience.
- Coordinating appointments, schedules and day-to-day clinic operations.
- Keeping the clinic organised and running efficiently.
- Anticipating what needs to be done and taking ownership of tasks before being asked.
- Supporting the wider team whenever required.
Who We're Looking For
We're far more interested in your potential than your experience.
You'll be someone who:
- Is exceptionally organised and naturally proactive.
- Has excellent communication and people skills.
- Takes pride in delivering work to a high standard.
- Is calm, discreet and professional.
- Enjoys solving problems and finding better ways of doing things.
- Is reliable, adaptable and willing to go the extra mile when needed.
- Wants to build a long-term career in a professional environment.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
- Two Saturdays per month
- Full-time
Why Join Us?
This is more than an administrative position—it's an opportunity to become a trusted member of a close-knit team and work directly alongside the Clinic Manager in a role with genuine responsibility and variety.
You'll receive full training, gain valuable experience, and have the chance to develop your skills in a patient-focused clinic where initiative, professionalism and commitment are recognised and valued.
Please send us your CV and a brief summary of your experience to [email protected]. We will review all applications and contact those candidates we’d like to take forward.
