Location: Mid & South North West Region
Salary: £37,000 per annum

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner to join a busy social housing repairs and maintenance team covering the Mid and South North West region. You will carry out day-to-day repairs in tenanted and void properties, delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- General joinery repairs and maintenance
- Patch plastering and making good
- Gaining access works, including lock and door repairs
- Basic plumbing repairs and associated works
- Responsive day-to-day maintenance within occupied properties
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Delivering excellent customer service to tenants
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Joiner within social housing, maintenance, or repairs
- Competent in basic plumbing, patch plastering, and associated multi-trade works
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
- Strong communication and customer service skills
