Export Sales Coordinator
Location: Newtown, Powys, Wales
Full Time | Permanent
We are looking for a proactive and reliable individual to join our team. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, manage enquiries, update CRM records, prepare quotations, identify sales opportunities, and support customers throughout the sales process. Working closely with colleagues, you'll help coordinate global exports, provide stock updates, and resolve customer issues efficiently. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
Job Purpose & Objectives:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers and distributors.
· Manage customer enquiries, orders, CRM updates, and stock information.
· Identify sales opportunities and follow up on leads.
· Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
· Collaborate with global colleagues to support export sales targets.
· Resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of service.
About You:
· Excellent communication and organisational skills.
· Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
· Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.
· A positive team player with excellent attention to detail.
· Export experience or knowledge of StatLab/CellPath products is desirable but not essential.
