Pay & Benefits
- Top performers earn £70,000–£100,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): £50,000–£70,000
- Base salary: £25,000
- Uncapped commission structure
- Ratcheted commission (higher earnings per deal as performance increases)

About the Role
You will be responsible for converting inbound enquiries and generating new business by engaging with employers and learners who require apprenticeship and training solutions.
This is a high-activity role where performance directly impacts earnings.
You will also play a key role in helping individuals develop their careers and access high-quality training opportunities.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Convert inbound leads into signed learners
- Conduct outbound calls to generate new opportunities
- Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Cross-sell additional services where appropriate
Client Engagement
- Build rapport and establish trust quickly
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Handle objections and guide prospects through to completion
Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Manage follow-ups and appointments
- Ensure all opportunities are progressed effectively
Requirements
- Experience in target-driven sales (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated by earning potential and performance
- Resilient and self-driven
- Organised with good time management
