Overview:
coffee shop staff to join our team in providing excellent customer service and support in our retail environment.
Duties:
- Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and product information
- Maintain a clean and organised shop floor
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels
- Assist in food preparation and handling
- Follow food safety regulations and guidelines
- Help in setting up displays and promotional materials
Skills:
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in food preparation is advantageous
- Ability to provide friendly and helpful customer service
Barista knowledge
