We're looking for an experienced **Business Development Manager** to drive the growth of our IT Staff Augmentation business across the UK and Europe.
You will be responsible for identifying and winning new clients, developing long-term customer relationships, expanding our contractor network, and working with recruitment teams to deliver high-quality IT talent. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven professional with a strong network in the technology staffing industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Generate new business opportunities across the UK and Europe.
* Build and manage relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
* Secure IT staffing and staff augmentation contracts.
* Work with recruitment teams to source and deploy IT professionals.
* Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue targets.
* Develop strategic accounts and generate recurring contract revenue.
**Requirements**
* 5+ years' experience in IT staffing, technology recruitment, or staff augmentation sales.
* Proven track record of winning new business and growing client accounts.
* Strong network within the UK technology sector (European market experience is an advantage).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Knowledge of contract recruitment, workforce solutions, and IT hiring trends.
