We are recruiting chefs/cooks to join our expanding team and be part of the exciting future at Lore of the Sky. Successful applicants will work in our newly redeveloped kitchen and must have the following attributes:
Experience in a commercial kitchen and proven track record of quality service.
Keenness for cooking over flames using the best locally sourced ingredients.
Professionally trained with experience in a busy kitchen environment.
Calm under pressure, excellent work ethic and work well as part of a team.
High standards of hygiene and kitchen management.
