We are seeking an International Education Director to lead education operations, oversee international partnership development, strengthen student service delivery, and support strategic organisational growth. Key Responsibilities
- Lead international education operations and strategic planning
- Develop and strengthen partnerships with universities and education providers
- Oversee student advisory services, admissions support, and programme delivery
- Monitor operational performance, budgets, KPIs, and service quality
- Coordinate with institutional partners, clients, and internal leadership teams
- Lead, mentor, and develop management and advisory teams
- Prepare executive reports, operational reviews, and strategic recommendations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and education industry standards
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Extensive experience in international education, education consultancy, higher education, student recruitment, or academic services
- Previous senior management or director-level leadership experience is preferred
- Experience managing institutional partnerships and cross-functional teams is highly desirable

Pay: £70,000.00-£110,000.00 per year
