Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Bristol. Based at our Bristol location, you will play a vital role in managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient delivery of products to our customers, reflecting our company's commitment to excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations including inventory control and order fulfillment.
- Supervise warehouse staff to ensure safety and productivity.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to meet delivery deadlines.
- Implement process improvements to optimize warehouse efficiency.
- Oversee the use of warehouse management systems and forklift operations.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to streamline supply chain processes.
- Monitor budget and manage profit & loss responsibilities.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse management or supervising warehouse teams.
- Strong knowledge of profit & loss management.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and ERP software.
- Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to implement process improvements.
- Good communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles is preferred.
