We’re a well-established external cleaning company based in Stafford, with over 20 years of experience, a large and loyal customer base, modern vans and professional equipment.
We’re continuing to grow and are looking for a reliable, hardworking Window Cleaner to join our team of 10.

The Role
As a Window Cleaner, you'll be responsible for delivering a high standard of cleaning while providing a friendly and professional service to our customers.
Your day-to-day work will include:
Cleaning windows, glass surfaces and frames using professional equipment
Removing dirt, grime and streaks to achieve a high-quality finish
Safely using ladders and specialist equipment
Travelling to customer properties across an area of up to 50 miles from Stafford
Speaking with customers and providing excellent customer service
Dealing professionally with any customer queries or concerns
Keeping your vehicle, equipment and work areas clean and organised
Following all company health and safety procedures
More than just window cleaning
Once you've successfully completed your probation period, we'll train you in other services we provide, including:
Gutter vacuum cleaning
Fascia & soffit cleaning
Conservatory roof cleaning
Other specialist external cleaning services
This gives you the opportunity to build your skills, take on more responsibility and increase your value within the business.
What we're looking for
You don't need previous window cleaning experience – we'll train the right person.

Reliable and punctual
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
Hardworking and willing to get stuck in
Friendly and professional with customers
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Detail-oriented and proud of the quality of their work
Comfortable working at height and in a physically demanding role
Mentally resilient and able to work in a range of weather conditions
A full UK driving licence is essential as you'll be driving a company vehicle between jobs.
Important: location and start time
Our working hours are 7am–3pm, Monday to Friday.
You will need to be able to reliably get to our Stafford unit in time to collect the company van and begin your working day at 7am.
Because of this, applicants should live within approximately 15 miles of our Stafford base.
