Thermal Care Scotland is a growing HVAC & Renewables company delivering air conditioning, ventilation and electrical solutions across domestic, commercial and industrial properties throughout Scotland.
Due to continued growth and increasing demand for domestic air conditioning installations, we are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team.
The Role
This is a varied, hands-on role with a strong focus on installation work, alongside servicing and maintenance.
You will be responsible for:
- Installation of split, multi-split and VRV/VRF air conditioning systems
- Domestic AC installs (homes, apartments, extensions, garden rooms)
- Commercial installations and system upgrades
- Servicing and planned preventative maintenance
- Fault finding and reactive repairs
- Commissioning and testing
The majority of work is across Central Scotland, covering a mix of domestic and commercial projects.
What We’re Looking For
- F-Gas Certification
- Proven air conditioning installation experience
- Experience working in both domestic and commercial environments
- Strong fault-finding ability
- Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable (not essential):

- £38,000 – £42,000 per year (DOE)
