Responsibilities
- Conduct regular health and safety inspections across the facility to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist with Environmental inspections to keep in line with Environmental compliance.
- Assist with the management for ISO management systems keeping them up to date.
- Prepare clear and detailed incident reports, documenting safety concerns or accidents for review and follow-up.
- Perform root cause analysis on safety incidents to identify underlying issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist visitors, staff, and contractors by providing excellent customer service, guiding them through safety procedures, and answering inquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of safety checks, incident reports, and safety training activities.
- Support the development and delivery of health and safety training sessions to promote awareness and best practices within the organization.
Requirements
- Experience in report writing with attention to detail and clarity.
- Knowledge of root cause analysis techniques to investigate safety incidents thoroughly.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with diverse audiences including staff, visitors, and emergency responders.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude towards health and safety compliance coupled with excellent customer service skills.

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
