Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Online Sales Administration & Packer to join our warehouse team. This role involves managing online sales orders, ensuring accurate packing and dispatch, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management, materials handling, and shipping procedures, with a focus on quality control and safety. Duties
- Process online sales orders accurately using the warehouse management system
- Pick and pack products efficiently, ensuring order accuracy and quality standards are met.
- Manage stock levels through stocking and replenishment activities
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including documentation and label preparation
- Conduct quality control checks on packed items before dispatch
- Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Support warehouse management with inventory counts and cycle checks as required
Skills
- Proven experience in warehouse management or similar roles involving stock handling
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar software applications
- Strong knowledge of materials handling, picking & packing, shipping & receiving procedures
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail for quality control tasks
- Physical capability for heavy lifting and load/unload activities over extended periods
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our online sales process while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency within the warehouse environment.
Pay: £26,000.00-£26,500.00 per year
