Duties
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
- Supporting the setup and dismantling of work areas
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the site to ensure safety standards are met
- Moving materials between different locations within the premises using appropriate tools or manual handling techniques
- Supporting team members with general labouring tasks as required
- Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed during daily operations
- Reporting any hazards or issues to supervisors promptly
Experience
- Previous experience in a labouring or manual handling role is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided
- Good physical fitness and stamina to undertake manual tasks over extended periods
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to manual work environments
- A proactive approach with a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks
