Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Assistant / Sales Manager to support the daily operations of our dental centre. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee team management, ensure efficient clinic operations, and contribute to creating a welcoming environment for both staff and patients.
Duties
- Assist the Dentist in supervising daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service.
- Lead and motivate team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to optimize productivity and patient care.
- Oversee administrative tasks including patient records management, appointment scheduling, and billing processes.
- Support merchandising efforts by maintaining a clean, organized reception area and promoting clinic services effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the clinic environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients and staff to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance overall patient satisfaction.
- Utilize organizational skills to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Qualifications
- Proven sales / management experience with a background in retail management or healthcare settings preferred.
- Supervising experience with team management capabilities essential for leadership roles.
- Strong communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with proficiency in administrative tasks such as record keeping and scheduling.
- Experience in merchandising or promotional activities within a healthcare or retail environment is desirable.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to engage effectively with patients and staff.
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail under pressure.
