Responsibilities

- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and provide attentive guest services
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and provide correct change or receipts
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations in accordance with food safety standards
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen support when needed, supporting overall restaurant operations
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant service environments
- Strong knowledge of serving techniques, food safety protocols, and basic food preparation skills
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Familiarity with kitchen operations or culinary experience is a plus
- Effective communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Ability to upsell menu items naturally to boost sales and enhance the guest experience
