The Role:
The purpose of the role is to deliver Masterplan and improvement projects thus meeting the strategic objectives of the University to enhance the student experience and maintain levels of recruitment and retention of student numbers. The role will be key in developing an understanding of stakeholder requirements working with external consultant teams to develop class leading building solutions within an agreed financial envelope and delivery time scale. Communication with stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally is paramount to the successful delivery of the schemes.
Whilst there is a requirement to be in Portsmouth a few days each week, hybrid working is available for this role. The successful candidate may work from home for up to two days per week; however, they will be required to attend campus on those days if business needs require.
