Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and friendly Barista/Server to join our team! In this role, you will craft delicious beverages, serve customers with enthusiasm, and assist with food preparation to create a welcoming environment. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help ensure every guest has an exceptional experience.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages following established recipes and safety standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and deliver prompt, friendly service.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light meals as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the serving area, including coffee stations and dining spaces.
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure hygiene and safety for all guests.
- Manage cash register transactions accurately using basic math skills.
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
Experience
- Prior barista experience is required; training in our machine will be provided for the right candidate.
- Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
- Knowledge of food safety standards is essential to maintain high-quality service.
- Ability to perform food preparation tasks efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods effectively.
