Job Specification
- Immediate start available
- This is a part-time role
- Regular Saturday evenings, events and bank holidays
- Between 6 - 8 hours per week on average
- PAYE position – NOT CASH. Wages paid weekly
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supervising the bar team and leading by example throughout each shift
- Assisting with opening and closing the venue
- Delivering outstanding customer service and resolving customer queries professionally
- Supporting, motivating, and training team members
- Ensuring the bar is fully stocked and maintained throughout service
- Operating the till and handling cashing-up procedures when required
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene
- Ensuring all licensing, health & safety, and company procedures are followed
- Working closely with management to ensure the smooth running of the venue
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a bar or hospitality supervisory role (preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A positive attitude with the ability to motivate a team
- Confidence working in a busy, high-volume environment
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- A professional appearance and high personal standards
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
- A hands-on approach with a willingness to support the team wherever needed
