We are seeking an experienced machine operator to join our fast-paced manufacturing facility in Blackburn. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and maintaining high standards of equipment reliability.
Responsibilities
- Operate the machine on a daily basis.
- Troubleshoot.
- Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.
Requirements
- Proven experience with UC, Perini or TMC.
- Proven experience operating a machine in a fast paced environment.
- Background in paper converting.
- Reliable.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety standards relevant to manufacturing facilities.
The role will be a set five days a week.
Salary subject to experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
