SIA Door Supervisor – Festival Security Patrols – Winchester – 3 Days
We are urgently recruiting experienced SIA Door Supervisors for a three-day festival security assignment in Winchester.
You MUST be available for ALL THREE DAYS.
Shift Details
Friday 14th August: 8:00am – 8:00pm
Saturday 15th August: 8:00am – 8:00pm
Sunday 16th August: 8:00am – 8:00pm
Location: Winchester
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
Total scheduled hours: 36 hours
Total gross pay: £504 (assuming all 36 hours are paid)
Payment: Payment will be made two weeks after completion of the assignment.
The Role
The role will primarily involve carrying out regular security patrols around the festival site. You will be expected to maintain a professional and visible security presence while helping to ensure the safety and security of the site, staff and visitors.
Duties will include:
- Regular foot patrols throughout the festival site
- Maintaining a professional and visible security presence
- Monitoring designated areas and identifying potential security or safety concerns
- Responding appropriately to incidents
- Reporting incidents or concerns to supervisors
- Assisting with crowd safety and general festival security duties where required
- Following instructions from the security management team
Essential Requirements
Applicants MUST:
- Hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor licence
- Be available for ALL THREE DAYS: Friday 14th, Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th August
- Be available to work 8:00am–8:00pm each day
- Have previous security experience
- Be physically fit and capable of carrying out regular foot patrols during a 12-hour shift
- Be reliable, punctual and professional
- Have good communication skills
- Be able to travel to and from the Winchester festival site
Previous festival, event or outdoor security experience would be an advantage.
