We are looking for a Category Specialist Executive to join our Product Sales team and support revenue growth across key aviation product categories. The Role
Reporting to the Senior Component Manager, you will manage sales opportunities across assigned product categories, supporting customers with outright sales, exchanges, loans, and consumable solutions.
You will progress customer enquiries, maximise inventory utilisation, build strong customer relationships, and identify revenue opportunities. The role offers valuable exposure to commercial aviation sales and a clear pathway to more senior commercial and leadership positions.

· Manage customer enquiries, RFQs, quotations, and sales opportunities across assigned product categories.
· Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
· Deliver commercial solutions for outright sales, exchange, loan, and consumable requirements.
· Proactively identify opportunities to increase revenue and maximise inventory utilisation.
· Support pricing, negotiations, and opportunity conversion to achieve sales targets.
· Work closely with Operations, Logistics, and Customer Services to ensure successful order fulfilment.
· Maintain accurate pipeline, quotation, and ERP data.
· Support marketing campaigns, stock promotions, and customer engagement activities.
· Contribute to sales reporting, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
You are a motivated and commercially aware professional who enjoys working in a customer-focused environment. You have strong organisational skills, a proactive approach, and a desire to build a successful career within aviation product sales.
Essential Skills & Experience
· Experience in a commercial, sales, account management, or customer-facing role.
· Experience within aviation product sales, aerospace, MRO, component trading, or a similar technical environment.
· Ability to build and manage customer relationships independently.
· Strong commercial awareness, including pricing, margin, and opportunity management.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
Desirable
· Working knowledge of aviation products, including FN, SV, OH rotables, and consumable spares.
· Experience working with ERP systems, with Quantum experience being advantageous.
· Understanding of inventory management and aviation aftermarket operations.
Working Arrangements
This role is primarily site-based to support effective collaboration, visibility, and stakeholder engagement. Hybrid working may be considered subject to business requirements and performance.
Occasional travel may be required for customer visits, supplier meetings, internal site visits, and industry exhibitions.
