Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Labourer to join our team, supporting a variety of construction, gardening, and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in horticulture, landscaping, and general manual work, with the ability to operate various tools and equipment. Responsibilities
- Assisting with landscape maintenance, including planting, pruning, and turf care
- Operating hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment such as excavators and irrigation systems
- Supporting construction activities by preparing sites, loading materials, and performing basic assembly tasks
- Conducting general maintenance tasks to ensure site safety and cleanliness
- Assisting with gardening duties such as planting, watering, and soil preparation
- Maintaining equipment through routine checks and minor repairs
- Ensuring all work areas comply with health and safety regulations at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for specific tasks
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with power tools and construction machinery is desirable
- Hands-on experience with irrigation systems or horticultural practices is a plus
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments
- A proactive attitude with good organisational skills and attention to detail
