Melett Ltd, a BMTS Technology Company are recruiting an experienced Customer Care Coordinator to join their busy team in Barnsley.
Melett, is a major global player in the automotive turbocharger aftermarket and part of the BMTS Technology Company. We pride ourselves on our product quality and service levels. We engineer, manufacture, and distribute turbochargers, along with the sub-assemblies, repair kits and individual components for turbochargers across the world, to a range of businesses throughout the value chain.
Key Responsibilities:
o Provide administrative support to both customers and the Sales team
o Ensure all orders are processed accurately without delay, with stock availability and delivery issues highlighted
o Ensure inbound calls, emails, Teams and live chat enquiries are answered in a timely manner and directed to the appropriate individual or Department accurately and efficiently
o Prompt allocation of all orders received for processing and allocate stock for UK orders with pick notes issued to the Warehouse
o Ensure customers over their credit limits are referred for approval
o Issue credit card pay by links to all customers in an accurate and timely manner
o Liaise and manage product in bulk storage is moved to prime distribution locations to satisfy customer demand
o Proactive calls to customers to manage backorders and goods returning into stock etc.
o Actively log customer concerns and warranty claims and monitor the CCN database, following up with the corrective recovery actions, raising credit notes and providing feedback

Pay: £26,000.00 per year
